PLife REIT Wins Shareholder Communications Excellence Award at SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards 2024

We are proud to announce that PLife REIT has been recognized with the prestigious Shareholder Communications Excellence Award (“SCEA”) under the REITs & Business Trusts category at the Securities Investors’ Association (Singapore) Investors’ Choice Awards 2024.

This award celebrates excellence in shareholder communications within investor relations, highlighting our dedication to corporate transparency and accountability. It acknowledges our efforts in providing timely and accurate information to investors, helping them make well-informed investment decisions.

The selection process was rigorous and thorough, involving a three-stage evaluation based on the “STARS” framework, which rates companies across five key areas:

1. Shareholders' Rights and Equitable Treatment
2. Transparency and Disclosure
3. Accountability and Audit
4. Responsibilities of the Board
5. Stakeholders' Roles

The assessment included a detailed scorecard jointly developed by SIAS and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), followed by a final review by the SCEA Selection Committee.

This recognition reflects PLife REIT’s continuous commitment to fostering transparency, safeguarding shareholder interests, and engaging effectively with all stakeholders.
